Our Scholarship Programs

Merit-Based

Excellence Scholarship

Up to 100% tuition covered

Awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance and a genuine passion for STEAM disciplines.

  • GPA 3.5 or above (or equivalent 80%+ grade)
  • Completed at least Grade 8
  • Written essay on a STEAM topic
  • Two teacher recommendations

Access Scholarship

Designed for students from low-income families who show strong motivation and potential to thrive in our programs.

Innovation Award

Builder's Grant

NPR 15,000 project funding + full scholarship

For students who submit an original STEAM project idea that addresses a real problem in their community or Nepal at large.

  • Project proposal (1–2 pages)
  • Prototype or proof-of-concept

  • Open to all Grade 6–12 students

Complete the online enrollment form and indicate which scholarship you are applying for.

Our scholarship committee reviews all applications within 3 weeks. Selected students are notified by email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply for more than one scholarship?
You may indicate interest in multiple scholarships on your application. The committee will consider you for the most suitable award based on your profile. You will only receive one scholarship award.
When will I receive a decision?
All applicants receive a decision within 3 weeks of the application deadline. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a brief interview via Google Meet.
Are scholarships renewable each semester?
Yes. Excellence and Access Scholarships are renewed each enrollment cycle provided the student maintains satisfactory attendance and progress. The Builder's Grant is a one-time award.
Is there an age limit?
Scholarships are open to students in Grade 6 through Grade 12 (ages approximately 11–18). College-level students may contact us directly for case-by-case consideration.
