The Site and our programs are intended for individuals of all ages; however, users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before enrolling in any program or submitting personal information. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the child.

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, quiz questions, videos, and software — is the intellectual property of the National Academy of STEAM Education or its licensors and is protected under applicable Nepali and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any NASE content without explicit written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as printing a single copy for reference) is permitted.
Enrollment in NASE courses, camps, or workshops is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of the program unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. NASE reserves the right to modify program fees with reasonable advance notice.
Refund Policy: Requests for refunds made more than 7 days before a program start date will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Requests made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by NASE.
NASE provides an AI-powered educational assistant ("STEAMi") on this Site. This tool is intended solely for educational guidance. Responses generated by the AI are not a substitute for professional academic, medical, legal, or financial advice. NASE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content and accepts no liability for decisions made based on such content.
If you submit projects, comments, testimonials, or other content to NASE (including through the Site, social media, or in-person programs), you grant NASE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for educational and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
NASE may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or programs after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
